Last Sunday I was photographing in Kauppi (in Finnish)
in Tampere. It's quite weird, but I had never visited this forest/shore before - more or less I have always
been photographing South Tampere (Hervanta forests) or close by "cities" Orivesi, Kangasala, Nokia etc.
forests.
Kauppi seems to be quite nice place from photography point of view, lots of cliffs and hills. Specially good
viewpoint is the shore, lots of good rock formations on side where sun sets over the lake. However it may
be too populated during summer months, but should give nice photography opportunities in spring and
fall.
