Review of short tele lenses
Test Scenario 4: Carl Zeiss Makro-Planar T* 2/100 ZF vs. Leica Elmarit-R 90 mm f/2.8 - Blue/Yellow flower
Between photos tripod was moved and therefore main subject fulfills about same area in photos from both lenses.
Focusing distance was about 1.2 meters with CZ100ZF. This comparison suffers from typical lens comparison
problems when doing "real life outdoor" tests: light was changing and also the background is slightly different
since I moved camera backward when switched to CZ100ZF, but didn't raise tripod at same time.
Photos are taken with Canon EOS 1D Mark III (1.3x crop)
and using Av-mode in camera.
No processing has been used and RAW-photos are converted with Apple Aperture all sliders in default positions.
Therefore these may seem to be lacking "punch" compared to my normal images but it makes comparison of
images what lenses produce easier.
